The latest batch of Spiced Dark Sipping Rum from Riverbourne Distillery is a wonderfully flavourful edition. It highlights the individual spices used to nuance the rum, yet is lifts the palate with creamy smoothness.
It is made with Molasses sourced from the Northern Rivers area in NSW. After maturing, the rum is spiced with Coriander, Cardamon, All Spice, Star Anise and Orange peel.
