We have now completed 18 single malt mashings and first distillations for single malt whisky, with 350 litres in oak casks.
After receiving a tonne of Molasses from the NSW North coast, (Sunshine Sugar) have done three washings for the rum, with two low wine distillations, it smells wonderful.
